The Wi-Fi club in the Pokémon Center opened up today, how exciting. I was given a Pal Pad to keep a list of all my friend codes in, that way I can contact them to trade and battle Pokémon. My friend code is 2363 2106 7568, if anybody would like to add me.
A person on the second floor of the condominium in town asked if he could see my Zubat. After I should him, he thought he was so cool that he wanted to start collecting Pokémon too! He also gave me a Heal Pokéball, which I stored in my Pokéballs pocket. In addition, a girl in the lobby wanted to trade her Abra for a Machop. I don’t have a Machop right now, so I’ll have to come back to her later. Abras a very hard to find, and they are even harder to catch. If I had hers, I could add it to my Pokédex.
Later I went through the Oreburgh City min to find Roark, but the mine was filled with wild Pokémon. Many of them were Rock type, I heard that Rock type Pokémon are a favorite for the townsfolk as well as the Gym Leader. I also battled a few of the miners who had snuck their Pokémon in to work with them. I eventually ran into someone who showed me a move called Rock Smash. He explained that in order to learn it, I would have to defeat the Oreburgh City Gym Leader; he claimed that he was the Gym Leader, and ran off. Maybe he went back to the gym. I should go check; my first badge depends on it!
