Twinleaf Town

This morning when I woke up, I didn't think it would be any different than any other day. Just another 24 hours in the dull as dishwater Twinleaf Town. My name is Motaku by the way, and I started this blog to keep track of events -- or lack thereof -- in my day-to-day activities.
There was a special on TV about the mysterious Red Gyarados that everyone has been looking for. It does not look like anyone has actually spotted it so far.When I went downstairs, my mom told me that my friend Mych'l had stopped by and mentioned something about going to Lake Verity. He was long gone before I had woken up, he just can't sit still. I wonder who he takes after? Well I guess I am off to the lake for now. Mom mentioned that I should stay out of tall grass, because wild Pokeémon like to hide there. I think she is worried one may try to attack me, and without any Pokéemon of my own, I would be completely defenseless.
